The shared facilities are built around outdoor space. The property has a rooftop pool, an outdoor swimming pool and an infinity pool, along with a garden and sun loungers or beach chairs, so you can spend an afternoon by the water after a day in the city. Air conditioning is among the shared features, and the property is non-smoking throughout, with family rooms among its options.

Parking is available on site. It is public parking, does not need a reservation and is charged per day. There is no internet access at the property, so plan to use mobile data for your phone and laptop.

The restaurants and the church are all within a short walk of the apartments.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport is 3.4 km away and is the main airport for the city's international flights. Saigon Railway Station is 1.9 km away, at the southern end of the North–South railway, and both can be reached by taxi or ride-hailing car. For long-distance buses, Bến xe Thành Bưởi - Vĩnh Viễn is 1.8 km away and Bến xe Quang Tỷ Sài Gòn is 2.3 km away.

For a walk or a half-day out, the Công viên Hoa hồng park (rose park) is 900 m away and the Kỳ Hòa tourist park is 1.1 km away. The park is an easy walk, while the museum is a short taxi ride. The FITO Museum of traditional Vietnamese medicine is also 1.1 km away, and the War Remnants Museum, one of the city's best-known museums, is 3.3 km. The Nguyen Tri Phuong Market, a local market for fresh food, is in the area, and the Thiên đường giải trí Thỏ Trắng amusement park is also nearby.
